Located on Western Ave just a few yards from Yesler Way on the waterfront
and just a few steps from the Coleman Docks Ferry Terminal.

Built in 1910 during the economic boom after the Alaskan Goldrush the building most likely designed by Saunders and Lawton was used as a multi-purpose warehouse and the site of light manufacturing. Everything from stored fishingnets, coffebeans and tavern punchcards made their way through it's floors. What took place in the building from 1910 to the early '70's is under investigation. |
